Why I Started 

I started karate many years ago in elementary school as an extracurricular along with my parents, and I've continued with it ever since as it's a great way to get some exercise in.

Why I like Shidokan
I enjoy Shidokan because to me, it feels more practical compared to other styles that can be more performative. There's always a logical reason behind why something is done that way.

What I Enjoy About Teaching
It's very fulfilling helping people learn things they don't know or are struggling with, and I feel great knowing that I played a part in their journey. 

Other Interests

Theatrical tech, rock climbing, origami, arts (musical, visual, dramatic), and stories of all forms.
